Conditions of Contract.
1. We require full acceptance of all clauses of this contract before carrying out any work.
2. We reserve the right to refuse applications that include undesirable material such as pornography, racialism or other content that breaks any applicable laws.
3. We reserve the right to alter the service charges at any time after due notice,
4. We reserve the right of choice of website and e-mail service provider for your website.
4.1 We do not accept any responsibility for interruptions in the service provided by the service providers referred to in clause [4.]
5. Applications must be submitted with a 50% deposit of the agreed set up charge. The balance must be paid within 14 days of notification of the website being completed. Failure to pay will result in the loss of the deposit and the closing of the website. If you subsequently wish to reinstate the website, a 10% surcharge of the initial set up charge, plus the original 50% balance due, must be paid in advance.
6. Passwords for your website and e-mail accounts will be held by Thai Inter-com. We give you our assurance that these passwords will not be revealed to anyone, nor will any employee of Thai Inter-com use the passwords in such a way as to be detrimental to the client.
7. The monthly service charge must be received by Thai Inter-com on or before the 10th day of each month. Failure to pay will result in the closure of the website. Reinstatement of the website will be carried out on payment of any charges due plus a 50% surcharge.
8. We contract to set up and maintain your website and make minor alterations free following your instructions. If, in our opinion, the alterations are considered major, then an additional alteration fee must be paid, to be decided by Thai Inter-com, before any work is carried out.
